the product is great, just what i was looking for.

One delivery box had a puncture hole in it and 5 cases were damaged beyond usability, another box had 3 busted cases that were unusable with no visible damage to the delivery box; otherwise we like the cases, they provide adequate protection for our DVD's

The service from FedEx was horrible. I strongly suspect driver theft. FedEx refused to give me the address where the driver says he errantly delivered my package and several other packages in my complex. I suggested that a FedEx manager retrieve my package and I was told by FedEx that sending a manager would be considered harassment as the driver supposedly made two attempts to contact the errant delivery address but no one would answer the door. I don't understand how no one answering the door at the errant delivery address represents grounds for harassment. The unwillingness to follow thru demonstrates a poor attitude and poor customer service by FedEx. CheckoutStore.com didn't do anything wrong except use a poor shipper. I am writing a formal complaint to the Chief Operations officer at FedEx.

They were at my house in just a few days. They were packed well and none were broken. I sometimes get DVD’s that have cracked or broken cases! I wish all products were as carefully packaged as yours are!

I have used these cases for years, and I am very satisfied with the quality and the price.
