As an ebay seller of CDs I find at yard sales and thrift stores, I often need to replace broken, cracked or scuffed jewel cases for otherwise perfectly good CDs in order to give the buyer top value. Sometimes only the top or bottom needs replacement. Sometimes a gripper is broken on the tray.
