OUR STORE TERMS AND POLICIES

By accepting charge(s) of any product(s) from CheckOutStore.com, customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, is void with/without customer acknowledgment. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to customer(s). Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before placing an order with CheckOutStore.com

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

CheckOutStore.com does not offer any technical support for any products sold on our site. CheckOutStore.com does not take any responsibilities due to misleading or misunderstanding of technical information. Customers (buyers) shall contact the original manufacturer, if any, for assistance on compatibility, suitability, playback or any other technical questions.

WARRANTIES

CheckOutStore.com is a distributor only. Most products sold by CheckOutStore.com are not manufactured by CheckOutStore.com unless specified. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). CheckOutStore.com will assist customers in filling out their warranty information, however, is not responsible for any manufacture warranty information and/or disputes.

CheckOutStore.com MAKES NO REPRESENTATION for any product or any warranty unless specified.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, CHECKOUTSTORE.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. CHECKOUTSTORE.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. CHECKOUTSTORE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT CHECKOUTSTORE.COM IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES. CHECKOUTSTORE.COM DOES NOT, AND IS NOT, RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST DATA, ONLINE ERRORS, DISPLAYING ERRORS, ONLINE PAGE ERRORS OR ANY ONLINE PROCESSING ERRORS THAT HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY SOFTWARE OR COMPUTERS. CHECKOUTSTORE.COM DOES NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITIES FOR ANY LOSS OF EMAILS DUE TO TECHNICAL ERROR(S).

ORDER PROCESS INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). CheckOutStore.com may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. CheckOutStore.com does not hold any responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they may cause any additional delays. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure their information is input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us (www.CheckOutStore.com) during normally business hours (EST) or 24 hours through email.

ON HOLD STATUS

On hold status is defined an order that cannot be processed due to an error. We may hold your order for the following reasons:

  • Credit card information cannot be verified.
  • Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched.
  • Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.
  • Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user.

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. If it is needed, in addition, please notify your bank regarding your shipping address. Furthermore, if it is needed, please feel free to call us at 1.800.676.0134 to verify your information so that your order will be guaranteed to ship out within the next 24 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to be verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

-CheckOutStore.com's limited liability

CheckOutStore.com does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, CheckOutStore.com will issue a second shipment, under special conditions, 15 days after UPS claims the package lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, CheckOutStore.com's liability is limited to assisting in package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval.

SHIPPING METHODS

CheckOutStore.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service and/or other shipping methods at our discretion.

UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. WE ARE NOT OPEN DURING WEEKENDS.

  • All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
  • Ground Shipping is only available to the continental 48 US states.
  • To ensure delivery, we only ship to confirmed addresses (monitored by Paypal).
  • Selected items have restricted shipping options, based on size and weight of the product. See product page for limitations.
  • Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery and is limited to the continental 48 US states.
  • Next Day Air Saver---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon EST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Second Day Air--- When you place your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you placed your order. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • 3 Day Select--- When you place your order before 12:00 noon EST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
  • All orders less than one pound and with a total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class: packages are usually delivered within 7-9 days to any destination; Priority Mail: packages are usually delivered within 2-5 days to any destination).

* A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

All orders that have been processed (Charged) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us at 1.800.676.0134 (M-F, 10am-6pm EST) as soon as possible.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS/RETURN TO SENDER

We will consider that any items returned refused to us by either UPS, FedEx or USPS are not wanted by the intended recipient. Please note that any package marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will have an additional restocking fee equal to the actual shipping charges applied before the refund.

PRICE CHANGES

CheckOutStore.com reserves the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

CheckOutStore.com is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums, or any 3rd party affiliates.

HOW CHARGES APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

The charge on your credit card statement will be from "Checkout Store Inc".
