Return Merchandise Authorization Form
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
- CheckOutStore.com own brand and our
bulk, generic non-branded products may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of the ship date.
Exception, opened CD/DVD Medias may NOT
be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that
shipping charges are not
refundable unless we made a mistake with your order. Also, 15%
restocking fee may apply and you are responsible for the shipping charges
to return the item to us.
- Products that state "This item may only be returned for a replacement
of the same make/model within 30 days.", or items labeled as
"Non-refundable" (or similar labeling) must be returned to CheckOutStore.com
within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products
covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the
same item.
- All acceptable returned bulk products above must be in re-sellable, new,
unused condition, with all packaging materials, boxes, holders, labeling and
packaging. They must be carefully packaged with a copy of the original
invoice so we can identify and properly credit your account. Any used,
non-resell able, damaged, products shipped without their original labels
and/or packaging, or unidentified products will not be credited or refunded.
- BRAND NAME *** products may be
returned only if their original manufacturer's packaging has
NOT been opened. Upon receiving any
brand name product (such as branded discs, memory cards, printers,
duplicators, drives, CD/DVD burners, etc.) you should inspect the outside of
the box or package to make sure it is the product you wanted or ordered, and
that it will be compatible with your system, and so on. If you ordered the
wrong product, or the product is incompatible for your needs,
DO NOT OPEN THE BOX -- if you open
the product packaging, you own it, and it cannot be returned to us. Our
warehouse will return the product to you if you do send opened brand name
products to them, and you will be charged for all shipping costs.
- If you feel any BRAND NAME *** products
are defective, please contact the manufacture directly regarding any
RMA issue.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free
shipping:
Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of
all products returned less ACTUAL shipping paid to our carrier if their entire
order is returned for a refund.
PACKAGING ERRORS
In some rare instances, you may receive an incorrect product. This may be due
to a mistake on our part and should this happen; we sincerely apologize and ask
that you please call us immediately at 800-676-0134 so we can arrange to have
the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense. We will also ensure that we
immediately ship the correct item(s) to you promptly.
RMA REFUND
An RMA refund is a request for a refund of the purchase price.
- All RMA refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- If you wish to request an RMA for an item you purchased as part of a
combo or bundle special, you'll need to return all items within that
particular combo / bundle special.
RMA REPLACEMENT
If you receive a defective item and would like to exchange it for a
replacement of the same make and model, select RMA Replacement. Most of
our products, unless otherwise specified, can be returned within 30 days of the
original invoice date. Please note that all packing materials, manuals,
diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and/or
documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the
manufacturer, for your return to be processed.
After the form below is submitted, you will receive an email that gives you
an RMA Return Shipping Address in which to ship your returned item(s). The RMA
number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. Our warehouse
is not authorized to accept returns without an RMA number on the shipping label.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Please submit the completed form below and allow 2 business days for us to
issue an RMA. You will need your invoice or packing slip to complete this form.

*** BRAND NAME products are any name
brand, non-generic products that are identified by any name other than by
CheckOutStore.com. BRAND NAME products include, are not limited to, products
made by Avery, HP, Imation, Iomega, Maxell, Mitsui, Neato, Panasonic, Philips,
Pioneer, Primera, Princo, Prodisc, Ritek, RiDATA, SanDisk, Sony, Stomper, Taiyo
Yuden, TDK, and Verbatim.
