Sales tax (8.375%) is charged on all items shipped to New York State. No tax is needed for buyers located outside of New York. |

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as paypal, google checkout, money orders, wire transfers, and personal checks. We accept purchase orders from government agencies, and educational institutions. To place your order, you can:

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

When you place your order, we'll authorize your credit card for all in-stock items. An authorization is a temporary hold on the funds. We will finalize the charge to your credit card when the items ship. You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you, by calling 1-800-676-0134.
